In an interview for MO Magazine, Dr. Maria Soledad Romero spoke about her working experience and the training she had in Argentina, at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins University, in the United States, and in India. She also shared what each of these experiences gave her and the key to connecting among colleagues.
She also spoke about the program she is working on, aimed at female ophthalmologists: “I’d like to see more women performing surgery, facing complex cases, sharing their experiences and in leadership roles.”
