As part of the e-Check-in process, please be sure to carefully review an update your medication list and allergy list. You will be asked to verify that you completed this update before your provider will join the video call.
?On the day of your Video Visit:
?You must be located in Maryland.
? Login to Patient Portal at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.
?A green “ Start Video Visit” button will appear 30 minutes before your appointment time.
?Be prepared to provide credit card information for your co-payment amount due at the time of the visit.
?Video Visit Guidelines:
?Make sure the room is well-lit so your provider can see you
?You should be in a private space where personal medical information can be freely discussed
