Precision Eye Care’s COVID-19 attention protocol.

To ensure the safety of both our patients and our medical staff, #PrecisionEyeCare has implemented the attention protocol below:

?Patients must be wearing a face mask when entering the clinic.
?They must fill the COVID -19 SCREENING form.
?Their temperature/ blood pressure will be checked on every visit.
?Patients must attend consultations alone, except for patient’s legal guardians and medical decision makers.
?There will be a limit of 10 patients in the room.
?We will defer all dilation unless medically necessary. All patients are required to sign a waiver.
?Glasses prescriptions can be updated if it’s medically necessary. Please inform your technician. No contact lens fitting until further notice.
?We will limit face-to-face interactions with your eye doctor and staff to 5 min each to decrease risk of exposure. If you need more time with your doctor, we will schedule a Virtual Check-in 1-2 days after your visit to discuss your condition or answer any of your questions.
?Bring a written list of all your medications (oral/ eye drops) and any eye drops you need to refill.
