Meet Dr.Maria S. Romero
Dr. Maria Romero is a highly accomplished ophthalmologist with 20 years of experience. She currently practices at Precision Eye Care and previously served as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
Dr. Romero completed her ophthalmology residency at LSU New Orleans and pursued a prestigious fellowship at the Wilmer Eye Institute. Her extensive training includes advanced procedures such as advanced lens laser cataract surgery, EVO Vision ICL, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery, blepharoplasty, and pterygium excision.
Beyond surgery, Dr. Romero treats various medical conditions like dry eye and provides comprehensive eye exams. Her holistic approach ensures patients receive the highest standard of care.
